Riker on DWTS: Team Rallison!

Riker was on Season 20's Dancing With The Stars. He was partnered up with the pro dancer, Allison Holker. Week One, Team Rallison did the Jive to 5SOS' "What I Like About You." They received a score of 31, the second highest score of the night. On the second week, they danced the Foxtrot to Maroon 5's "Sugar." They received a score of 32, which was the highest score, but two other teams got the same score, so it was a tie between them. On the third week, they danced the Salsa to Daddy Yankee's "Limbo." They received a score of 34, also the highest score of the night, but they were tied with Riker's cousins team, Derek Hough. On the fourth week, they danced the Tango to Walk The Moons "Shut Up and Dance." They received a score of 34, the fourth highest, which was kind of low for them because they would usually be the ones who would score the highest or second or third highest. On the fifth week, they danced the Paso Doble to "He's a Pirate," from the Disney movie, Pirates Of The Caribbean, The Curse Of The Black Pearl. They received the second highest score, 38, again tied with Derek and Nastia. On the sixth week, they danced the Samba to Jason Derulos "Want To Want Me." They received a score of 37! The highest score of the week! They also did a freestyle dance to Iggy Azaleas "Trouble," with Rumer and Val, Chris and Witney, and Patti and Artem. On week seven, they danced the Quickstep to Jason Derulos "Wiggle." They received a score of 37, the second highest score of the night, tied with Willow and Mark. On the eighth week, they danced the Viennese Waltz to Rihanna's "What Now." They received a 39, the second highest score. On the ninth week, they danced the Contemporary to Hozier's "Work Song." They received the highest score, tied with Nastia and Sasha(Derek was unable to dance because of health issues, not sure what it was though.) They also did a dance with a judge, which was Riker's own cousin, Julianne Hough, receiving a score of 30/30. On the last week, on the first night, they did the Paso Doble again to the song from the Pirates Of The Caribbean receiving a perfect score. They also did a freestyle to Fred Astaire's "I Won't Dance." On the second night, they danced a Salsa Quickstep to MKTO's "Classic, receiving a perfect score." Sadly, Team Rallison did not win. They made it to the finals and received second place. Honestly this was rigged, they got more points than the winning team, but it already happened and nobody can do anything about it. Well, I do hope that #RydelOnDWTS will actually happen in the future, that would be amazing. Riker's a pretty good dancer, he should've won.

R5 RELATIONSHIPS

Each R5 member is dating someone.... Well, except for Rocky because he broke up with his girlfriend Alexa,(the song Repeating Days is about her.)but seriously let's get real. He's dating ME. Haha I'm kidding, I'm kidding. (I WISH THOUGH!!) Anyways, let's get straight to the point.

ALL OF THEM.

Rydel and Ellington have been dating for two years! Their anniversary was a few months ago. I honestly think their relationship is so adorable. They released the truth about Rydellington(their ship name) during the premiere of their documentary, "R5; All Day, All Night", on April 16, 2015. (BEST DOCUMENTARY EVER IF YOU ASK ME, AND IT WAS WORTH THE $16 I PAID FOR!!) I was like freaking out in the movie theater and so were my friends haha. Ellington was Rydels first crush and she has liked him since the day they met at the dance studio. I just wish that they will never break up though :( ¡!

ROURTNEY

The next R5 relationship is Rourtney, Ross and Courtney Eaton. Courtney is an Australian model and she acted in the movie "Mad Max Fury Road." I honestly didn't like that they were in a relationship at first, but I started to accept that they're both happy and that's all that matters. Courtney is actually an amazing person and so many people are hating on her! I actually don't know how they met YET, but soon I guess they'll reveal the truth behind it. I've seen them together at The Heirs' concert and they were holding hands, they were hugging as well. It's pretty adorable if you ask me...

The last relationship is Rikvannah! Riker and Savannah Latimer. Not too many details were revealed about this either but soon enough I know they will also reveal the truth to the world. I also have seen them together at The Heirs' concert and I even took a video of them dancing together!
Well that's all the R5 relationships... FOR NOW. I hope that they last long though.

The Day R5 Followed ME On Twitter !!

They had less followers and following
when they followed me. 

I thought it was going to be some regular boring Saturday... again... It was April 4, 2015, spring break. I was really bored, so I decided to vote for R5 for some award show. I was low on battery, but I was okay with that because I was doing something related to R5. A few minutes after I stopped tweeting, I saw a little box pop out on the bottom of my screen. It said, "R5 followed you." I thought it was just some fan account, but what was the harm of looking at the actual account? I saw the blue check mark next to their name, which meant that it was really them. I was legit about to scream and just jump around happily, but I was in my car so I couldn't do that. So instead, I just told my parents about it. Well, they didn't really care much because they aren't R5 fans, but they did congratulate me. I was so happy! I decided to tell all of my friends about it, post it, and other stuff. I was shaking in happiness... a lot. I didn't do anything pretty much for the rest of the day besides go on Twitter and tweet R5. I would consider that one of the best days of my life, but the day I met them was way better!!

The Sometime Last Night Deluxe Edition Zinepak!

This weekend, I got the Sometime Last Night Deluxe Edition Zinepak at Walmart. It costed me $13.88 + tax. I literally begged my parents to buy me it. I was pretty shocked that they said yes.. I was pretty sure that there was a catch, but there wasn't! The zinepak has the Sometime Last Night CD, a one of a kind R5 designed for Sometime Last Night tattoos, and a 48-page magazine all about the new album, including exclusive stories from the studio and the meaning behind the lyrics. This is a limited edition so I had to get it. It was the last copy, I was so happy that I got it! I found out many things about them that I didn't know before from this. The meaning behind this album title, is that it's all about their nightlife, which is inspired by their nights on tour and roaming around on the streets, all around the world. The song lyrics to the songs on Sometime Last Night are also in the book, but I don't need it because I know all of the lyrics to all of their songs. There are a lot of AMAZING pictures in it of the band, there are also facts about the song on the lyrics page, and the meanings behind each song! This was so worth it! Well, anything with R5 is worth it haha.

Raura and Rourtney Drama...

For the past few months, the R5 family has been fighting over very ridiculous stuff! Honestly, it disappoints me, I want the R5 family to just get along! We're supposed to be a family! We're supposed to get along! One of the things that really annoys me is the Rourtney and Raura drama. Rourtney is Ross and his girlfriend Courtney, and Raura is Ross and Laura. "Raura" was formed because of Austin and Ally. I get how the Raura shippers have been shipping that for years, but there really is no use hating on Courtney. She didn't do anything wrong. Ross and Laura are just really good friends, yeah sure there is a possibility that they might be together someday, but just drop your childish acts and let Ross date whoever he wants. I don't see anyone hating on Riker for dating Savannah! You don't have to ship Rourtney, but at least respect Ross and Courtney. It's their life, they can date whoever they want! On Courtney's Instagram, I see a lot of hate comments. Come on! YOU CAN DO BETTER. I don't think you would like it if you were dating Ross and everyone would hate on you! Also, the #RauraIsDead thing, needs to stop. Rourtney shippers also need to respect the Raura shippers. They're part of the family. You can ship anything you want, but you shouldn't hate on anyone or say bad stuff about the other one.

MEETING R5 AND THE HEIRS

On August 29, 2015, I met the people that I loved since 2012, R5. I also met their stage partners, The Heirs. I was just looking at my Twitter feed one day during the summer, and I saw that The Heirs tweeted that they were going to have their first tour. I literally begged my dad to buy me tickets, and I stated reasons about why he should let me go. It took him like a week to say yes, but I got the tickets anyways. R5 was on tour that time, so I searched up where they were going on August 29. Their US tour was actually going to be over a few days before the concert, which meant that they would be in LA. I was actually really happy when I found out. Why? Because I know that R5 would never miss their friends' first tour! When my dad told me to start getting ready because the concert was going to start soon, I was so excited! I was stoked to meet R5 and The Heirs. Well, I wasn't absolutely positive that R5 was coming, but as I said in my other blog posts, they are really nice people, I doubt that they would miss their friends' first concert, especially the fact that they were back in LA. My dad and I finally got to The Roxy, where The Heirs' concert was going to be held. Apparently it wasn't going to start until 9:45 and my dad and I were there at 7! A lot of other people were there too though. There were two bands before The Heirs. I hated them, their music was terrible. It was hard rock or something. It smelled really bad inside because of the smokers and it was really loud, my dad and I didn't like the music so we went outside. We waited for The Heirs to come on stage. Around 9:30, there was this white van in the street and I saw a guy who literally looked like Ryland because he opened the window and said something, but I didn't really hear him. I was freaking out, I told my dad and he said it wasn't him, but I was pretty sure that it was. I told my dad that we should go inside the theater again. We sat on these couches because it was like intermission or something and I saw this girl who literally looked like Rydel, I literally knew it was her and people were looking at me as if I was crazy or something because I said that was Rydel. I saw her taking a picture with a fan, with one of her friends Courtney, and I was literally shaking! I MET RYDEL! I followed her inside and I was trying to say, "Rydel, can I take a photo with you?", but I don't think she heard me. When we were inside, there was like this part with chairs and tables, and there they were. I knew I wasn't crazy because I saw R5! I was sweating so much, shaking like A LOT, as I was pointing to them. My dad told me to go up to them, but I was like super shy and there was a security guard there. Ross was looking at me, I wonder what he was thinking... The show started, I went to the middle and I recorded The Heirs singing so that I can basically relive that moment over and over again. A few minutes later, Riker went down and he danced with his current girlfriend, Savannah. I was freaking out because he was next to me! Then he went to the bar to get a drink with Savannah and I just followed him and I asked him if I can take a picture with him. He bent down so that he can be seen in the photo. I felt so short compared to him! Anyways I also asked Savannah if I can take a picture with her. Soon, Ryland also went down and got a drink. I tapped him and I also asked him if I can take a picture with him. The show was over soon. I immediately told my dad to come with me outside to go look for R5. We found them in the back talking, and some fans were also there taking pictures with Ross. I was kind of scared to go up to them, but I did anyways. I went up to Ross and we took a few pictures together. He told me that there was no need to be shy. Then, I went up to Rydel. She said hi and we also took pictures together. Sadly, Ratliff wasn’t there so I tried looking for Rocky. Ryland and Ross also were trying to look for him. Meanwhile, I went up to Ross’ girlfriend, Courtney, and I asked her if I can take a picture with her. She’s really nice, I don’t get why so many people hate her. They finally found Rocky, and they were kind of in a rush so Rocky just went in the car right away and they drove off. I was sad that I didn’t get a picture with Rocky, but I know there will always be a next time, and who knows? I might get a picture with Ratliff too! This day will always be one of the best days of my life and I hope I can meet them again someday.

R5 is NOT a Disney Band

This goes out to all of the people who believe that R5 is a Disney band.
R5 isn't a Disney band, never was, and never will!! They were a band even before Ross started acting on Disney channel. Just because they are played on Disney channel and Radio Disney, it doesn't make them a Disney band. If you watch Disney channel, R5's songs usually play, and some of the lyrics are changed because they aren't appropriate for Disney. For example, on the song "Let's Not Be Alone Tonight," Disney changes the lyrics to "Let's Not Be Alone." They change their lyrics and titles in many songs. I think that once they see the "I Know You Got Away" music video, I'm pretty sure they won't play any of their songs anymore. Why? Look at the video yourself. Yes, they aren't appreciated enough, PROBABLY BECAUSE DISNEY KEEPS PLAYING THEIR SONGS. Honestly, I think that when "Austin and Ally" ends, they probably won't be playing R5 anymore, that is if Ross doesn't star in another Disney show or movie. Hopefully, R5 will be more known by that time, because honestly, I'm SICK of people calling them a Disney or kids band. Before you judge them, actually listen to their song lyrics and look at the music videos, not just by "Oh yeah, they're some kids band," because they AREN'T and you've probably never listened to their new music yet.

Louder Review

Louder is R5's second studio album produced by Hollywood Records in 2013. Their first album was Loud, which only had four songs from Louder.  Louder has eleven songs in total, but R5 produced another album with more songs, called Louder Deluxe. Once I've heard this album, I was very amazed because I've never heard anyone sing this good. The digital version of Louder has 15 songs, including the bonus tracks. The songs are Pass Me By, Forget About You, Ain't No Way We're Going Home, I Want U Bad, If I Can't Be With You, Love Me Like That, One Last Dance, Loud, Fallin' For You, Cali Girls, and Here Comes Forever. The four bonus tracks are acoustic versions of Loud, Fallin' For You, I Want U Bad, and Here Comes Forever. Yes, this is the album which made me LOVE R5. If you're wondering, yes R5 did have an album before Louder. They produced that album by themselves, it's called "Ready, Set, Rock." Yes, I love that album, but Louder really made me love them more. R5 said that this album wasn't really the true them, because other people wrote some of the songs for them, but "Sometime Last Night" resembles their true personalities. Although most of the songs weren't written by them, I still love it because of the amazing vocals. My favorite song from this album would have to be "If I Can't Be With You." The beat is pretty good and I love Ross' vocals in this. I love all of the songs, but my least favorite will have to be "Cali Girls." I like the beat and the vocals, but I didn't like the lyrics that much. I'd rate this album a 9/10. I'm very proud of what R5 has accomplished and I can't wait for their future albums!

Why The Show "Austin and Ally" Should Have A Movie

Austin and Ally has been a hit since 2011. These are some reasons why the show should have a movie. People all over the world watch it, the show has millions of viewers on each episode. The show was renewed for a fourth season, so basically it's been running for four years. Obviously fans expect more. People who love the show basically have been attached to it. People on the internet have been ranting about how sad they are that there are only a few episodes left and the fact that they finished filming on April 23, 2015. (I'm actually one of the people who have been ranting, and I'm not ashamed of the fact that I did.) People want to have a few last memories with the show, and also the characters, who are Austin Moon(Ross Lynch), Ally Dawson(Laura Marano), Trish De La Rosa(Raini Rodriguez), and Dez Wade(Calum Worthy). Lastly, some of the longest hit Disney shows have gotten their own movie, for example Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers, etc. My point is that the show Austin and Ally deserves their own movie, just like the others.

Why People Should STOP Hating On R5

Okay, I have been in the R5 Family for almost four years, and I know most of the reasons why people hate them, and I am here to prove those haters WRONG. If you hate R5 for any of the reasons that I'm about to list, please stop. Okay, you can dislike them, but that doesn't mean that you should hate on them, because I'm pretty sure you haven't even met them. You shouldn't be hating on people you have never even met. If you hate R5 because you think they're ugly, okay that's your opinion but you don't need to say that on their social media accounts. I've seen harsh comments on Instagram, rude tweets, and so forth. You shouldn't criticize someone on their own account. Yeah, they're famous, and they probably won't read what you said. But so what? You still shouldn't be saying those stuff, because that's considered disrespectful. If you hate R5 because you think their music sucks, okay! Everyone has their own music taste, but that doesn't mean that you should hate them. I mean like you don't even know how great R5 is! Their personality is amazing and they will never disrespect anyone. They never start fights between the other fandoms, unlike some celebrities that I don't want to mention..  It's perfectly fine if you don't like their music, but at least respect it. Lastly, if you hate R5 because you think their personality is terrible, you have clearly never watched a video of them because they are REALLY KIND people. They always help people out, and they will do anything for their fans. They love us so much and they know that without us, they wouldn't be the people they are now. Also, I would like to say that R5 is not a Disney band. R5 was a band even before Ross started acting on Austin and Ally. Yes, Disney has given them a little boost in their career, but even without Disney, R5 would still be a popular band. These are reasons why you shouldn't hate on R5.

R5 has been in my life for about four years. From the first moment I saw Ross on Austin And Ally, honestly I just fell in love. His voice, his looks, everything. So, I decided to watch more Austin And Ally episodes, and I found them hilarious. So, after I watched all those episodes, I searched Ross up on Google, then I found out that he has a band called R5. Since that was sometime in 2011, and their first official album hasn't come out yet, I listened to "Ready, Set, Rock!", the album they produced themselves, and I just literally LOVED it. When they announced that they were going to have their first album produced by Hollywood Records, I felt very happy and I was so excited. I literally counted down to the day they released the album. Once I've heard the songs on the album, I just knew that I was going to love this band from the day I saw Ross on Austin And Ally until the day they're gone.

Sometime Last Night by R5 Review

This week's blog post is a review on Sometime Last Night by R5, the best band in the world, which is clearly my opinion. The digital version of Sometime Last Night has 13 songs. The songs are All Night, Wild Hearts, Dark Side, Let's Not Be Alone Tonight, Repeating Days, Smile, Lightning Strikes, F.E.E.L.G.O.O.D. , I Know You Got Away, Do It Again, Did You Have Your Fun? , Doctor, Doctor, and What You're Missing. I think that all of the songs have a very great tune, vocals, and have very amazing lyrics. All the songs have a meaning to it and I think that it is wonderful. The other versions of the album around the world have different bonus tracks. Honestly, I literally love all of the songs on the album, but if I had to choose my favorite, it would have be Do It Again. Do It Again will have to be my favorite because it relates to me a lot. I have things that I really would like to tell someone but I'm afraid of the answer that I will be given. It's a very upbeat song and it is very catchy, so that's why I love it. Honestly, I don't have a least favorite song from the album, not just because I'm part of the R5 family, it's also because I love it a lot and there really isn't a bad song from this album. I would rate this album 10/10! You should listen to it sometime, I promise you won't regret it.
